Dr. Julia Wai-Yin So, a retired college professor and administrator and the firm's principal, has decades of international experience working with people from culturally diverse backgrounds. Her professional background includes diversity training, strategic planning, institutional and survey research, college teaching, questionnaire design, data analysis, and program management/evaluation.
Dr. LM García y Griego, a history professor and the director of Southwest Hispanic Research Institute at the University of New Mexico, has extensive experience with the demographic analysis of U.S. Latino populations, including the foreign born, and with the design of English and Spanish-language survey instruments and focus groups.
Margaret Crawley is a professional with 27 years of experience in human performance, community/public relations, leadership, team coordination, planning, and organization. Her areas of expertise include leadership, diversity management, strategic planning, learning and development, team building, and communications. This experience was acquired through education and employment in technology, academia, energy, and non-profit organizations.
Janine Johnson has led organizations in a variety of environments since 1983. Her background in education, experience in both the private and public sectors, years of managerial experience, training at MIT's Sloan School of Management, and work as a transsexual educator enable her to bring a wide range of skills to her consulting and training tasks.
